What are your payment terms?
We offer convenient payment terms. We require a 20% deposit to book your date. The remaining balance in split into 2 equal halves, with one half of your balance being due thirty days before your wedding date and the final balance being due when your proofs are ready to view.
If I choose a collection with only one photographer can I add a second photographer?
Yes, the cost to add a 2nd photographer is an additional $100 per hour.
If my wedding is on a day other than Saturday, do you offer a discount?
Yes, contact us at 724-437-7800 for information on all non-Saturday weddings.
Do you offer any other discounts?
Yes, Sensational Images offers a “Be Social” discount as well as great cash back offers for referrals. For more information, please contact the studio.
Do I get the print rights with my images?
Yes, all of our wedding collections include a high resolution digital copy of your wedding photos with full print rights.
How far in advance should I book my wedding?
Being a boutique studio, we work with a limited number of weddings each year. This allows us to focus on our couples and provide them with the attention they deserve. Many couples book one to two years in advance to ensure that they have Sensational Images Photography for their wedding.
Can I upgrade to a larger collection at a later date?
Yes, we will gladly work with you to determine the best collection for your needs.
Do you charge extra for travel?
We travel within a 200 mile radius of our studio free of charge for all weddings. Travel charges beyond the 200 mile radius are negotiable.
How often will I need to come to your studio?
While we always enjoy when our clients visit our studio, we also understand that everyone has busy lives. Every aspect of our studio is designed for your convenience. If needed, every detail of booking your wedding can be handled by phone, on-line or by mail. With all of the hectic planning that comes with a wedding, we just made one thing easier. Also, with our convenient on-line proofing and ordering system, you can view your proofs & complete your order from your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
Do you do destination weddings?
Yes, we offer wedding photography for all destination weddings. Prices are determined by travel costs.
How many photos do you typically take at a wedding?
We typically shoot between 1,000 and 3,000 photos, depending on the length of coverage and number of photographers.
How many photos will you edit?
That is a really great question! (one that you should ask any potential wedding photographer) We color correct, edit and retouch every proof (that number is determined by the collection you choose between 200 to over 700) While most photographers show you “unedited” proofs and will only edit photos you agree to buy, Sensational Images Photography edits every photo in your collection.
How long until my photos will be ready to view?
You choose how soon you want to view your edited proofs in as little time as 30 days.
Are the prints I order at your studio different than what I get at discount stores or on-line?
Yes, all of our prints are color corrected by our photo lab and printed on premium photo paper. We offer a “lifetime guarantee” on all of our prints, if they ever fade or discolor we’ll replace them for free.
